Family Packs contain:

2 - 2-packs T-bone steaks

1 - 2 pack rib-eye steaks

1 - large sirloin

2 - 4-packs cubed steaks

2 - 1# packs of boneless stew meat

1 - London Broil

1 - Brisket

18 to 20 lbs. ground beef

Boxes average between $145 to $175.

Some boxes may also include a boneless sirloin tip roast, skirt or flank steaks cut for fajitas and even some flat iron steaks.

We have several Economy boxes available that average about 50 lbs and cost from $250 to $260, depending on the cuts included.

Sides available this week include:

 Side 1 - Appr. 155 lbs. for $708 - includes ground beef, cubed steak, boneless stew meat,

rib-eye steaks, sirloin steaks, T-bone steaks, sirloin tip roasts, briskets, flat iron

steaks, skirt steaks, top round steaks cut for London Broil, and fajita strips

Side 2 -  Appr. 215 lbs. for $991  - includes same cuts as above, just more of them.

Remember, the only bone-in cuts in our beef are the T-bone and sirloin steaks.

Everything else is 100% meat with no bones. Our ground beef is 85% lean, with just enough fat to add the right flavor.

In upcoming weeks, we will have suet, shank bones and soup bones available as well as some organ meat. Please contact us for what's available.
